Probably not. Any disease that's actually dangerous would need stuff we definitely don't have access to to deal with it.

You can grab pretty much any kinda cloth to use as bandages, for one thing. I know all you need to make a splint if someone's got a broken bone or something is some kinda stick...

I did read about the makeshift bandages. There's some alcohol in the kitchen, so that can be used for sterilization, even if it's not ideal.

Plenty of sticks around.
